Our Team

Jonathan is Sr. director, operations at True Advance. Through his experience, Jonathan brings his expertise in interpersonal and cross-cultural relations, operations management and planning. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.

Simon is a recovering athlete, and rowing coach applying the skills learned coaching elite athletes to work with corporate leaders in tech, finance, and consumer products. Simon is passionate about developing talent and using systems thinking to complex problems here at True Advance. He is a world champion, a two-time Olympic team member, and a silver medalist at the Pan-Am games. He's built big buildings, coached great athletes, run large events, and worked in venture-backed startups. Simon is always looking to grow, solve interesting problems, and do some good. Simon has an AB in Public Policy from Princeton University and a Master's in Sports Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. He lives in Hillsborough, NC, with his wife, Megan Cooke Carcagno, and their three sons and two dogs.
